Our company uses the CAN bus technology and products that are popular in Europe and the United States to provide a complete set of networked control solutions for the radar servo system, including vehicle leveling, antenna azimuth, pitch, folding and polarization functions.
The use of CAN bus and the distributed structure of the controller and variable frequency motor are the biggest advantages and features of the system:
a) The controller adopts a distributed design and consists of multiple sub-stations, which is convenient for the car, motor and sensor signals on the turntable to be connected to the system nearby, and the scalability of system resources is excellent.
b) The CAN network-based signal acquisition and control scheme relieves the traditional centralized control method, puts pressure on the design and manufacture of the multi-loop of the bus ring, and has no restrictions on the later multi-channel signal expansion.
c) The variable frequency motor and the frequency converter adopt an integrated structure, which meets the IP65 protection and wide temperature characteristics of -40°C to 70°C, and works independently outdoors without occupying valuable installation space in the cabin.
d) All motors are monitored and controlled based on CAN network, which can provide real-time monitoring of a series of rich information such as start-stop, forward and reverse control, speed, direction, current, temperature and driver status code.
e) CAN, as a peer-to-peer field bus in a truly open sense, provides an ideal network platform for the integration of multi-manufacturer sensors, motor drivers, and terminal equipment interconnection systems, with high running speed and strong anti-interference ability.
