Flying EV

Guangzho Automobile Group Co (GAC)  has demo-ed a flying car prototype calked Gove (GAC On-the-Go Vertical EV).

GAC  says it is made of 90 lightweight composite materials and has aerospace-grade high-precision docking technology.

GAC’s EV brand Aion is  the third NEV brand in China  behind BYD and Tesla, and ahead of the GM/SAIC/Wuling Motors jv.

GAC says it has developed EV cells that can charge in 15 minutes.

GAC also says it has developed a two-litre engine that can run on liquid ammonia achieving 120 kilowatts of power and a 90% reduction in carbon emissions compared with conventional fuels.
