Intel to build $4.6bn assembly and test plan in Poland

“With this investment today, and others in the EU, we’re excited to play a critical enabling point to building these more resilient supply chains,” said Pat Gelsinger (pictured left)  in Wroclaw, Poland earlier this morning.

It will be  “the largest greenfield investment in the history of Poland”, said Poland’s prime minister Mateusz Morawiecki (pictured right)

Intel has been in the country for 30 years and has 4,000 employees there.
