1. Failure phenomenon
The servo drive alarms nrd when used on site and cannot be used normally.
Second, the cause of the failure
The control Circuit or main circuit bus voltage is too low or the speed feedback is abnormal.
Three, guide customers on-site solutions
1. The control circuit bus voltage is too low: use a multimeter to confirm whether the power supply voltage value of the control circuit (L1C, L2C) is too low. The phase-to-phase voltage of the 220V class driver is lower than 198V, and the phase-to-phase voltage of the 380V class driver is lower than 342V, which will cause the bus voltage to be too low. Read the control circuit bus voltage monitoring value (H0B57), 220V level driver is lower than 235V, 380V level driver is lower than 451V between phases.
2. Whether the input voltage meets the requirements. Use a multimeter to confirm the voltage value of the main circuit (R, S, T) or the three-phase lack of input voltage.
3. Whether the bus voltage meets the requirements. Through H0B-26, you can check whether the bus voltage value of the main circuit of the drive is consistent with the actual measured bus voltage; whether the bus voltage is too high or too low when the power-on bus voltage is too high or not, and the PN voltage meets the following requirements* (1 15%) * 2 * (1 10%) * 2 IN min PN IN max VVV.
4. Check that the speed feedback exceeds 10 rpm just after power-on, and confirm whether there is reverse drag or encoder feedback abnormal H0B07.
5. The wiring is abnormal. When wiring the IS620P-SizeE frame machine, you need to connect the power terminal negative bus shorting tab, otherwise it will alarm NRD, as shown in the blue mark in the figure below.
